Scott has close to 20 years’ experience in the property, mortgage and specialist finance sectors. He’s worked across the industry as a journalist, PR professional and copywriter, giving him a deep understanding of how the market communicates, and how to make messaging stand out.

He began his career in journalism and went on to become editor of Mortgage Introducer magazine before co-founding specialist PR agency White Dragon Communications. He later launched his own consultancy, FlatCap Communications, working with many of the biggest names in the mortgage market to help them communicate with clarity and purpose.

At Square 1 Media, Scott brings all that experience together to help clients tell their stories in ways that cut through the noise. He’s passionate about creating content that’s clear, engaging and grounded in a real understanding of the market.
